Dubbed the Nike Free Run+ 3 EXT and seen here in a Cool Grey/Tropical Twist colorway for women, the kicks come with a grey suede and mesh upper while Tropical Twist accents appear on the speckled Free 5.0 Phylite sole and Dynamic Fit system.
