The Nike Pre Montreal Racer Vintage Premium was originally designed as a running spike in the mid 1970s. For 2017, they will give the model a makeover while releasing the Nike Pre Montreal Racer Premium ‘Smokey Blue’.
It took on greater meaning with the endorsement of a historical runner and Nike icon, Steve Prefontaine. Now updated with a Waffle-inspired outsole and premium leather material, the track-inspired silhouette continues Pre’s legacy.
As you can see, this Nike Pre Montreal features a Smokey Blue across the upper which also lands on the laces, Nike Swoosh and midsole. Completing the look is a Gum sole.
Nike Pre Montreal Racer Premium Smokey Blue Release Date
The Nike WMNS Pre Montreal Racer Premium Smokey Blue is scheduled to release at select Nike Sportswear retailers on March 6th, 2017. Retail price will be $110.
