What we now know is called the Nike LeBron 9 “Pre-Heat”, used to be dubbed “Cannon” and the “Miami Hurricanes” before that. It is evident this time around that this latest Nike LeBron 9 to pop up is without a doubt the tribute sneaker for the Miami Hurricanes. Featuring the Orange and Green from the team colors and the school logo on the tongue, the “Miami Hurricanes” becomes the third college affiliated sneaker in LeBron’s line which includes the Ohio State University and University of Kentucky PE.
