Nike Basketball has unveiled the Nike Kyrie 3. The first colorway to release is known as the Nike Kyrie 3 ‘Black Ice’.
Designed for Kyrie Irving’s awe-inspiring agility and speed, the Nike Kyrie 3 advances understanding of court response and traction for quick-cutting basketball players across a variety of positions.
Unique texture maps the shoe’s uppers while traction pods are integrated into the forefoot band and outsole curvature. Following is JBY (Just Be You) and H+H (Hungry and Humble) that subtly adorn the shoe’s tongue. Roman numerals VIII and XIII mimic tattoo’s on Irving’s left and right wrists as a nod to his late mother Elizabeth, who was born on August 13th. On the sole we have visible Zoom Air unit which reads Azurie for his daughter and Elizabeth for his moth.
Nike Kyrie 3 Black Ice Release Date
The ‘Black Ice’ Nike Kyrie 3 is set to release at select Nike Basketball retailers on December 26th, 2016. Retail price will be $120. Below you can check out additional images as well as a video.
