This is when basketball signature shoes shine, and the endorsed athlete wears them on the court. For KD, his latest shoe, the Nike KD 16, launched in the Summer, but we have plenty of upcoming colorways to look forward to. Dropping for the Holiday season is the “Wanda” KD 16, a sneaker that nods to his mother, Wanda Durant.
This KD 16 comes dressed in a Mint Foam, Metallic Silver, Emerald Rise, Stadium Green, Pure Platinum, and Smoke Grey color combination. Paying homage to Wanda Durant and some of her favorite colors. Mint Green takes over the shoe, while jewelry-inspired patterns embellish the tongue and lining. The left shoe showcases the iconic “KD” logo, with a heartfelt twist – a “W” in place of the “K,” honoring Wanda Durant. Silver accents adorn the piping, Swooshes, sockliner logo, and the “EASY” heel badge. A semi-translucent green sole provides the final touch.
