Hip-Hop was born in August 1973 and in 2023 we are celebrating its 50th Anniversary. Nike Sportswear will also help celebrate the milestone by releasing a special collection dubbed ’50 Years of Hip-Hop.’ While we have previewed a handful of retros, Nike Basketball will add to the line with his current signature model, the KD 15.
Kevin Durant is a huge music fan, so using his current signature shoe, the Nike KD 15 is fitting, in fact, he has a Tupac tattoo on his left leg. This pair comes dressed in a Black, Smoke Grey, and Beach color combination. Highlighting the shoes, we have ’50 Years of Hip-Hop’ on the tongue labels, ‘Easy Money’ branding on the leather heel pull tabs and on the insoles. finishing the look is a Gold Metallic microphone hangtag.
