Owen William Flintโs Nike Air Max 1/97 draws inspiration from his love of speed, whether heโs playing sports, pretending to be a superhero, or riding his dirt bike. Mud splatter extends from the toe cap, bringing the look of an off-road ride to the hybrid design. A dirt bike keychain adds another personal touch, while Owenโs baseball number, 88, appears on the midsole in a fast-moving font inspired by motocross.

The details continue with lenticular graphics on the medial side, designed to resemble panels from a superhero comic book. A spinning wheel dubrae serves as a reminder to keep moving forward through lifeโs challenges. Inside, the sockliner features a diamond-plate pattern inspired by dirt bikes and Owenโs strength as a โkidney warrior.โ Red and gold splatter accents, along with black and gold laces, complete the design and reflect the colors Owen chose for his rides.

Hometown: Tualatin, OR
Diagnosis: Obsessive-compulsive disorder and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder
Style Code: IX8191-922
Release Date: January 2027

Avery Wilson used the Air Jordan 11 Low IE as a canvas for her imagination, with bright colors chosen to represent the joy she finds in life. The design includes sneaker shrouds printed with sketches from her first session with the Nike team, giving her original artwork a place in the spotlight. Her green British alien, Greg, also appears as a plush hangtag and a square dubrae. More of Averyโs characters appear along the midsole, depicting a group of cute aliens who crash-landed on Earth, each with their own personality.

The details also reflect Averyโs personal journey. The word โneurospicyโ appears on the collar, representing how she embraces her neurodiversity while living with OCD and ADHD. A license plate-inspired detail pays tribute to her grandfather, known as Poppy. After his passing, Avery began noticing license plates with โPPY,โ while the number 143 serves as a reminder of the phrase โI love you.โ To finish the design, the sneakers come with friendship bracelets featuring letters Avery wrote by hand on the beads.

Age: 15
Hometown: Vancouver, WA
Diagnosis: Osteosarcoma
Style Code: IX8187-922
Release Date: January 2027

Charlye Cosgroveโs Nike ACG Rufus takes inspiration from her first pair of shoes, which featured a similar pink camouflage print. The slip-on design adds a UV-activated camo pattern across the upper, a detail that might have people asking, โWhatโs that?,โ a nod to the first words Charlye ever spoke. A textured green Swoosh represents the mossy scenery she enjoys on hikes with her family, while fuzzy materials around the collar add extra comfort for outdoor adventures.

Personal details highlight Charlyeโs journey after childhood cancer. The sockliner features a gold cancer ribbon surrounded by the words โFearless,โ โHope,โ โStrength,โ and โTrust.โ She hopes to become an oncology nurse one day to help other girls facing cancer. Beneath a stitched tag, the date 6.11.25 marks the day she rang Doernbecherโs golden bell to celebrate the end of her treatment. The outsole features a deer skull graphic, representing her familyโs love of the outdoors and the memories they have made together.

Age: 12
Hometown: Irrigon, OR
Diagnosis: Tracheoesophageal fistula
Style Code: IX8197-922
Release Date: January 2027
Price: $140
Royce Short brings his love for rodeo and Western wear to the Nike Air Force 1 Mid. Inspired by his favorite cowboy boots, the design features a premium leather upper, a croc-print Swoosh, and stitching across the toe. Braided laces pay tribute to team bull roping, a sport Royce competes in like his parents before him. The lace dubrae takes inspiration from his favorite belt buckle, while the ankle strap recreates the beltโs silver buckle and distinctive debossed pattern.

Royce also added a custom logo for the bucking bull company he hopes to start when he grows up. On the outsole, โFISH ON!โ echoes what he shouts when he catches a big fish and serves as a reminder to keep pursuing the things he loves through lifeโs challenges. An obsidian arrowhead graphic on the heel completes the design, inspired by one of the coolest rocks Royce found on his familyโs ranch.

Aurora Loss

Age: 9
Hometown: Longview, WA
Diagnosis: Bilateral dysplastic kidneys
Style Code: IX8192-922

Aurora Loss brings her dream of opening a supercute, decora-style hotel in Japan to the Nike Structure Plus. Pastel colors set the tone, while cherry blossom graphics cover the upper, inspired by the flowers she imagines surrounding her future hotel. A bow-shaped hair clip reflects her vision of bow pillows in the hotel, and the soft faux fur around the collar draws inspiration from the hotel’s cozy carpets.

More details bring Auroraโs fantasy world to life. Kawaii-inspired anime eyes on the medial midsole depict a guest peeking out of a hotel window. Draped chains on the heel resemble curtains, with charms representing Auroraโs interests and the hotel theme. The left sockliner features her โCutsie Hotelโ logo alongside a drawing of her cat, Margo. On the right insole, her handwritten words โAuroraโs Lightโ reference the aurora borealis and the positive energy she brings to those around her. As Aurora explains, drawing allows her to put her own fantasy world on paper, and this time, on her sneakers.

Shoe: Nike GT Future โDoernbecherโ

Kamoryn Marshall brings his passion for basketball and sneakers to the Nike GT Future, with details inspired by his medical journey. A custom logo appears on the tongue, while goldfish graphics can be found on the lace lock, hangtag, and insole. The fish reference a moment after his hip replacement surgery when Kamoryn imagined them swimming around him while he was still under anesthesia.

The design also includes a metallic silver Swoosh on the right shoe, representing the titanium used in his hip replacement. Inside the collar, stitched graphics tell the story of his recovery and return to basketball. The mismatched pink and purple uppers fade into one another, with the colors selected to accommodate Kamorynโs color blindness. Droplet graphics near the laces add another personal touch, while the handwritten word โBooyakashaโ on the heel captures his upbeat personality.
