Devin Booker has worn various player exclusives of his first signature shoe, the Book 1, inspired by different classic sneakers, with a handful that go way back in the Nike archives. Recently, Booker and the Suns played against the LA Clippers, and he was spotted wearing a pair inspired by the Nike Cortez “Forrest Gump.” For fans of the pair, it will be released in January 2025.
This Nike Book 1 comes dressed in a White, Varsity Red, and Varsity Blue color scheme. In May 2024, we saw the return of the “Forrest Gump” Cortez, and this is a perfect follow-up for those looking for a basketball sneaker. Utilizing White leather on the upper with Red on the tongue labels, Swoosh logos, and heel tabs. Across the White midsole, we have the signature Blue streak. Completing the design is a White rubber outsole.
