Nike Sportswear will return the Nike Air Max Sunder in Fall 2024. The shoes, known for cross-training, were originally released in 1999. While the new iteration will be geared towards lifestyle wear, fans can still relive the moments of the late ‘90s by lacing this pair up. It wouldn’t be right if the brand didn’t drop an original colorway. Launching later this year is the “Canyon Gold” Air Max Sunder.
The shoes are dressed in a Canyon Gold, Deep Ocean, Light Smoke Grey, Speed Yellow, and White color scheme. Constructed like the OG pair, the upper is made from neoprene material and features a unique zippered shroud covering the laces. A nubuck mudguard adds durability, while dual pull tabs on the heel in Orange allow you to put them on easily. In addition, we have a Phylon midsole and exposed Air units in the forefoot and heel. Standing out, Canyon Gold gradients to Yellow across the upper, while Black details run throughout. Other details include 3M reflective accents and Black and Gold on the rubber outsole.
