Nike will celebrate the 2021 National Puerto Rican Day with at least one special pair. Launching in the summer, we will have the opportunity to purchase the ‘Puerto Rico’ Air Max 97.
This Nike Air Max 97 comes dressed in a Metallic Silver and Varsity Red color combination. First, they feature Silver on the upper, giving them almost a ‘Silver Bullet’ look. Next, we have an embroidered Red Swoosh on the side that’s outlined in Navy while the Puerto Rican flag lands by the tongue pull tab and outsole. Finally, a White midsole finishes the look.
Nike Air Max 97 Puerto Rico Release Details
You can expect the Nike Air Max 97 ‘Puerto Rico’ to release at select retailers and Nike.com on June 5th. The retail price is $175. As soon as we have more information, we will make sure to update you. For now, check out the current mock-up below.
