Nike Air Max 1 ’86 ‘Smokey Mauve’ Official Images

The Nike Air Max 1 ’86 ‘Smokey Mauve’ was originally thought to be the ‘Metallic Gold Grain’ pair. However, that’s not the case, and we have a first look at the new colorway. This will be one of a few that will debut during Summer 2023.

We first saw the pair return on Air Max Day 2023, and was the OG ‘Big Bubble’ Air Max 1. The pair was part of the original production run in 1986 before the brand dropped the Air Max 1 in 1987.

This Nike Air Max 1 comes dressed in a Smokey Mauve and Dark Team Red color combination. Constructed with mesh on the toe box, nylon collars, and tongues, with suede on the overlays, mudguards, and Swoosh logos. Shades of Smokey Mauve and Team Red adorn the overlays, Swoosh, and laces, with a Grey-like hue on the toe box and collar. The signature Nike branding adorns the tongue labels, insoles, and embroidered on the heels, while the larger Air unit is placed in the heel. Other details include an aged midsole and a Dark Team Red rubber outsole.

Nike Air Max 1 86 Smokey Mauve Release Details

You can expect the Nike Air Max 1 ’86 ’Smokey Mauve’ to release at select retailers and Nike.com during Summer 2023. The retail price is $150. Once we have more information, we will make sure to update you. For now, scroll below for additional photos to give you a closer look.
