As 2013 marks the year of the snake according to the Chinese zodiac, Nike Sportswear has tapped the Black Mamba’s first “signature” Nike Basketball silhouette for a commemorative “Year of the Snake” release – the Nike Air Huarache 2K4.
Donning a traditional Chinese colorway with bright red appearing throughout the  predominately nubuck upper, the kicks see faux snakeskin applications alongside a white sole, various purple accents, metallic gold text branding and a special year of the snake logo on the tongue.
Stay tuned for release info and expect the “Year of the Snake” Nike Air Huarache 2K4 to hit select Nike Sportswear accounts in the Spring of 2013.
