Lil Yachty has connected with Nike to create a friends and family pair known as the Lil Yachty x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Concrete Boys”.
Some may not know that rapper Lil Yachty is a big sneaker collector. His collection ranges from very rare sneakers to original pairs. It makes sense as he would have his own shoe, which he first did with Reebok. However, he is no longer signed to the brand and has been exploring other options. In a recent interview with CoolKicks, Lil Yachty hinted that he had a pair in the works. Not even 10 minutes into the interview, he held up a pair of the Nike Air Force 1 Low and stated, “I just did a Force.”
About a week later, his collaboration was finally unveiled: The Concrete Boys x Nike Air Force 1 by Lil Yachty. While this is great news, unfortunately, there is some bad news: the shoes will be a friends and family exclusive. So, if you’re not connected to Yachty, you won’t be able to obtain a pair. Unless you find someone willing to resell you a pair, you will need some deep pockets.
His Nike Air Force 1 Low comes constructed with leather and White throughout and Navy Blue detailing. On the lateral side is a silhouette of a man with what appears to be a hammer, while “It’s Us” branding adorns the tongues and insoles. Each pair has unique packaging and tissue paper with “Concrete Boys” branding.
As mentioned, the Lil Yachty x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Concrete Boys” will not be released to the public and will remain exclusive to his friends and family.
