Over the last several days, we have covered the Jordan Series 01 extensively. The lineup will drop in colors that represent individuals important in MJ’s life. Some of those include pairs for the Birmingham Barons, Larry Jordan (brother), and Dean Smith (UNC head coach). The next pair to showcase is a tribute to his mother, Deloris Jordan.
This Jordan Series 01 comes constructed with suede throughout along with a two-tone color blocking. Mesh lands on the tongue while ‘Dear Deloris’ is embroidered on the lateral side and tongue branding. Next, text lands on the right insole that reads ‘Swing For The Fence’ and White covers the midsole. Finally, Black appears on the rubber outsole with text that reads ‘There Was Never Any Doubt’ and ‘It Went Down In The Backyard.’
