On Saturday, The University of Michigan will take the field against the University of Florida in the first regular-season contest between the schools. Hosted at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, the game is the perfect showcase for a duo of deeply saturated uniforms that express the heritage and future of each program.
For the first time, the Wolverines will wear a new all-maize uniform in celebration of the University of Michigan Bicentennial and in honor of the 150-year anniversary of the school’s official colors, maize and blue.
In addition to unveiling the all-new maize Wolverine uniform, Jordan Brand is debuting a University of Michigan edition of the Jordan Trainer 2.
The Gators will wear a flooded blue uniform with all-blue accessories (gloves, cleats, socks and wristbands) in a subtle yet bold change from the program’s traditional look.
The schools have played three times previously, with Michigan holding a 3-0 advantage.
The Jordan Trainer 2 Flyknit ‘Michigan’ will release at select Jordan Brand retailers including online at Nike.com on August 30th, 2017. Retail price will be $140.
