New Balance and clothier, J.Crew have released two new colorways in the J.Crew x New Balance 1400, a joint collaboration between the two American-based retailers. Essentially, the project evolved as J.Crew sought out inspiration for their J.Crew Men’s Shop at The Liquor Store in Manhattan, NY as well as the J.Crew Men’s Shop in Copley Plaza of Boston, MA. It was a agreed that the high quality New Balance 1400 could stand as the ideal shoe to compliment denim and suits, thus, the project would begin.
The new Mocha and Wine colorways will still feature the same great quality as expected from the 1400 model as they will include premium soft suede uppers, a durable outsole, and a plush inner sockliner.
