Nike is always expanding it’s portfolio, but now they are jumping into the CrossFit business with the Metcon Trainer, their first offering for the sport.
For anyone that has done CrossFit training or even competed, you probably know Reebok name well as they went pretty heavy with shoes for the sport. Nike will now take on it’s competitors by offering an alternative.
The Nike Metcon Trainer is short for “metabolic conditioning’ and is said to hold well when running, climbing and jumping, all thing CrossFitters need.
So far we will have a five color ways to choose from including a PE made for Invictus CrossFit program. Release frame will be in February 2015 and you can pre-order now at Road Runner Sports.
