Fila Bubbles Mid Retro Cyber Monday

The Fila Bubbles originally released in 1997 as a basketball silhouette. Through the years many have hoped that the brand would retro this model, which sadly was left unfulfilled. That will change this year and we have our first look at the Fila Bubbles 2015 Retro.

One of the original color schemes will return featuring white, blue and red. The base will feature white tumbled leather, red accents are also seen while the branding, pipping and eyelets get treated to blue. The naming behind the shoes comes from the four individual bubbles along the side spelling out FILA.

The release date has been set for the Fila Bubbles Retro which will take place on Monday, November 30th which of course is Cyber Monday. Once additional images and information becomes available we will make sure to let you know. How many of you are excited about this pair finally receiving the retro treatment? Let us know by leaving us a comment.

Update: The Fila Bubbles Mid will release on Cyber Monday, November 30th, 2015. They officially go on sale at 12:00 PM EST.

  1. I’m definitely excited to see that this classic finally is getting that retro treatment, no doubt in my mind about that. Those real Sneakerhead/Sneaker Connoisseur know that FILA had that heat in the 90s and that they was up there with Nike. They brung it, they always came out with something innovative. Their slogan was ‘Change The Game’ and they definitely changed the game. A lot of great athletes were down with the FILA brand and a lot of rappers and celebrities rocked FILA proudly. Back then it was real and people rocked what they really liked even if meant rocking something else other than Nike & JB. C Flyness
