In March, we saw a first look at the first Fear of God x adidas Basketball sample, and shortly after, Jerry Lorenzo responded, stating the official basketball shoe would be unveiled on April 19th during the Holiday Howl showing of Fear of God’s 8th collection. He stayed true to his word, and we now have an official look at the Fear of God x adidas Basketball model.
The shoe comes dressed in shades resembling Jerry Lorenzo’s past sneakers, which include the Fear of God 1 and Fear of God Raid. Utilizing a mid-cut build and engineered mesh on the uppers. The Three Stripes branding lands on the cages for support and comes with a toggle lacing system. Other details include co-branding on the insoles and a thick midsole with the brand’s Lightstrike foam cushioning.
