With the Holiday season nearing, DTLR and New Balance will connect on another pair of sneakers, the 990v4. As of late, the silhouette has been sought after due to its simple color schemes and comfort. However, DTLR will take things further by dropping the “Festive” New Balance 990v4. This particular pair is inspired by Christmas and resembles the Grinch from the Holiday movie, “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.”
As you can see, this New Balance 990v4 comes dressed in a vibrant shade of Green throughout, with a Christmas-friendly Green on the part of the midsole and other small details. Bright Red hits the laces, accents the toe cap, 990 branding on the sides, heel, and tongue branding. Resembling garland, Metallic Silver appears on the “N” logos and on the top of the heels. Other details include White on part of the midsole, suede and mesh materials throughout, ENCAP midsole, and a Christmas tree graphic on the insoles.
