Derrick Rose Goes Green as Bulls Take Over East
Back in early February we brought out readers a look at St. Patrick’s Day colorways of two adidas Basketball silhouettes- the Super Beast and adiZero Rose 1.5. Last night, Derrick Rose put his skills and his aforementioned commemorative signature basketball sneaker on full display as he helped his Chicago Bulls beat the Washington Wizards and gain the top spot in the Eastern Conference. Check out in-game images of Rose (and his shoes) after the jump.

  1. …D Rose shud receive the MVP n the NBA this year, that shud b no question becuz of the performance he was able to put together without their center (Noah), but I am alil disappointed that the Jordan brand didn’t extend their hand out to D Rose n the fashion that they shud hav…I understand that everyone wants to b their own person and doesn’t want to liv in the shadows of another person, but if that’s the case he shudnt of signed wit the bulls..it doesn’t matter what he can do physically becuz Jordan will always b known as one of the top 5 players of all time…the Jordans that wud hav drop probably wud hav all been the colorways that got our blood circulating when Jordan himself worn them, smh..plus to add insult to injury, D Rose shoes suck!!! They don’t possess the wow factor that other shoes hav, instead they hav the opposite affect (unattractiveness)…D Rose has proven to b one of the eye opening point guards in the leauge, so why doesn’t one of the most marketable and successful brands ever in the history of sneakers (Jordans) sign Rose to represent their shoe…plus he’s in the perfect city to hav the most influence on the technology needed to produce the somewhat perfect basketball shoe…lol juss a question…
