Boston-based retailer Concepts has an upcoming collaboration with Asics in the works. Arriving in a red, stone grey, and black colorway, here’s a first look at the limited edition Asics Gel Lyte V.
Pairing together soft suede uppers with nylon mesh sockliners, these kicks will also render speckled midsoles, optional ropes laces, and 3M elements along the Tiger Stripe branding and lace set. What makes this project noteworthy however is the fact that there won’t be as many pairs to go around as there have been complications with production and inventory. Sadly enough, Concepts’ Deon Point states, “This shoe has been to hell and back and will be extremely limited due to the elements.” Exactly how many will be available come release time? No one knows.
