The JENNIE x adidas Superstar Square Ballet will release on September 1, 2026. JENNIE from BLACKPINK takes adidas’ iconic Superstar in a completely different direction by turning the classic shell-toe sneaker into a ballet-inspired flat. Two black-and-white colorways will be available, each priced at $150.

JENNIE has worked with adidas for years, appearing in campaigns for the brand before receiving a footwear project tied directly to her name. Now, the BLACKPINK star is reworking one of adidas’ most recognizable silhouettes. Instead of simply changing the colors, the adidas Superstar gets a new shape and construction that gives it a much different appearance.

The biggest change comes to the front of the shoe. adidas keeps the familiar shell toe but flattens and reshapes it into a squared profile. The traditional tongue and laces are removed, while an elastic strap crosses the midfoot to hold the shoe in place. A small bow sits near the forefoot, adding another reference to ballet flats.

Two colorways are currently scheduled to release. One features an Off White base with Core Black Three Stripes and matching details, while the other reverses the combination with Core Black covering most of the shoe and Off White accents. The Superstar branding remains on the sides, while a stitched label inside combines JENNIE’s branding with the adidas Originals Trefoil.
