For the relaunch of Airwalk’s Desert Boot, the Breaking the Mold Event was held in New York this past Tuesday. The sneakers return was a request made by Adam Yauch of the Beastie Boys and was celebrated with music and drinks including a performance by The Retro Kidz who entertained attendees with their unique style of singing and dance. In addition, the lucky 150 people who walked through the doors first received a free pair of the Desert Boot at entry.
