The Air Jordan XX9 is one of the most versatile models from the brand to date. JB can easily add elephant print and other styles of graphics to the shoes and it just goes nicely. For example, the YOTG pair which used a water like mirage flowed smoothly. Now the brand is dropping the Air Jordan XX9 with the iconic Jumpman photo on the side.
Known as the Photo Reel Air Jordan XX9, they have a release date sooner then you may think. But what’s interesting here is, recently Jacobus Rentmeester who took the original photo of Michael Jordan soaring through the air is suing Nike for unlawful use of the photograph.
This could simply be a slap in the face from Nike and Jordan Brand to Rentmeester, but it’s good for us because the Air Jordan XX9 Photo Reel is releasing February 13th 2015 for $225. Rumor is, this pair will be a limited release.
