Air Jordan Retro 1 'Banned' - New Images

New images of the up coming Air Jordan retro 1 ‘Banned’ have surfaced, thanks to a fellow celebrity “sneaker head” , Fat Joe. With another look at the body of the shoe, the shoe appears to be constructed of a higher grade of leather than the last release. Like the last picture shows, the black “Banned” logo takes over the jumpman on the heel, and now a tonal red “Banned” logo  takes its place. Along with a vintage looking box and better leather, the Air Jordan retro 1 ‘Banned’ is sure to be a good retro of the Air Jordan 1 ‘Bred’.  While no other information given out, be sure to check out the rest of the shots after the jump and let us know if your looking forward to these.

  1. theres somethin about these that looks kinda weird. Will probably still cop tho. Release date? Price? I'm sure thy'll be more than standard 100 dollar 1's price

  2. This pair isn't necessary just because Nike released the DMP 1s last year.Plus the X makes it look so tacky

  3. Nike needs to give the AJ1 a break.Too many releases in the past 3 years.I purchased a handful of AJ1s in the past 3 years that I thought were must haves just because I'm a big fan of the shoe. But come on,do you really think it was a good idea for Nike to release a model with an ankle strap? How about the pairs with the foamposite materials wrapped around it?Simply hot garbage!!!!Don't even get me started on the "PHAT" models.
