Last year, The Remade connected with 400ml to customize a pair of the Air Jordan 11s and now they are back. For 2017 they have created the Air Jordan 4 โChinese New Yearโ Custom.
A lot of detail went into this Air Jordan 4 which is inspired by the word โBlessingsโ in English and โๅ็ฅฅ่ฉฑโ in Chinese. Looking closer, the base features a luxurious leather while done in Red. Instead of the Jumpman logos, they replaced them with a 3D gold mold that reads ็ผ for wealth. On the tongue is โๆญๅ็ผ่ฒกโ while a fish scale graphic lands on the midsole which is inspired by the Chinese saying โๅนดๅนดๆ้คโ which translates to โprosperity through the yearโ.
Each pair is handmade and comes with special packaging that includes a wooden box, Red handkerchief and more. In addition, the customizer spent over 20 hours on each shoe.
The Remade x 400ml Air Jordan 4 Chinese New Year will release in both adult and kids sizes online at Dunk.com.cn, in-store at Kaffiend and INXX on January 8th. Following on January 13th, they will be available at TheRemade.com.
