2026 will bring us the return of the “BIN 23” series from Jordan Brand. So far, all the models the brand is working on are new pairs, helping expand into pairs we haven’t seen before. For the Holiday season, the “BIN 23” Air Jordan 4 will arrive at select retailers.
This premium iteration of the Air Jordan 4 draws inspiration from Michael Jordan’s interest in Western films, which is reflected in its mix of Fauna Brown, Dark Oak, Baroque Brown, Muslin, and Gym Red. The Western theme also appears in the smaller details, including pony hair on the cages, a bolo-tie-inspired lace closure, and a leather hangtag modeled after something you might find in an old saloon.
More details appear throughout the design, including embossed lettering on the tongue and a painted-over visible Air unit in the midsole. The change gives the off-white section a more solid appearance than what we typically see on the Air Jordan 4. Ostrich-inspired textures cover the insoles and exterior of the shoebox. Limited to 2,300 individually numbered pairs, the release also comes with a Western-inspired retro card.

Bottom Line
I am sure people like the latest BIN 23 series. However, there hasn’t been a pair I’ve liked, and I feel the designers of the new BIN 23 series missed the mark. None of the pairs I have seen seems fitting. They look forced. I know some will disagree with me, and that’s ok. My mind could change once we get a first look at the “BIN 23” Air Jordan 4.
