OG sneakerheads will be delighted, and perhaps shocked, to hear that the Air Jordan 3 “Laser” will be released in Fall 2026. Initially thought to be the pair that was made for Michael Jordan in 2003 to celebrate his 40th birthday. However, the pair will be different, but appears to be a nod to MJ’s PE.

In 2003, Jordan Brand made a player exclusive for Michael Jordan of the “Laser” Air Jordan 3. The sneakers were created to celebrate MJ’s 40th birthday. Rumor has it there are 40 pairs in existence. However, it’s just a rumor, and to date, only one set of photos has circulated.

Dressed in Phantom, Palomino, and University Red. This Air Jordan 3 comes highlighted in Phantom across the base, but the true highlight is the laser detailing across the upper. Instead of elephant print, the pair will feature Brown suede around the toe, heel, and ankle. Additionally, the Nike Air is laser-engraved, while Red fills in the Jumpman on the tongue. Other details include a White midsole with Black on the rubber outsole.
