Up-and-coming sneaker artist, Heff Sneaks, is using his talent to further spread news about the #SaveChicago movement, by giving a pair of Air Jordan 3s a custom treatment that was inspired by Chance The Rapper’s latest mixtape.

The Air Jordan 3 ‘Acid Rap’ customs by Heff Sneaks were inspired by the psychedelic artwork of Chance The Rapper’s second mixtape. The midfoot panels of the shoes see tones of purple and pink, mixing together in a gradient effect, similar to the sky’s portrayial on the cover of Acid Rap. The toe caps and heel panels see a multicolored, drip-inspired design, which has a color pattern of lavender, yellow and orange on a clean, white base. White takes over most of the midsole, with a black mudguard sitting on the rear. For special detailing, the Jumpman logo on the tongues leaves the basketball on the court, and shows his protest of gun crimes, with an ex’d out gun above his head.

This pair of shoes is a part of an incredible project and ongoing movement to put an end to the unnecessary violence in Chicago. Keep scrolling for more close-ups on these shoes, and show your support by sharing these Heff Sneaks ‘Acid Rap’ AJ3s with the #SaveChicago hashtag! Let’s make a change!
