Jordan Brand will release a new Air Jordan 1 Mid that will debut in early 2021. The pair is dubbed ’85’ and features a mismatched theme. However, due to the color blocking, it appears that the pair is a tribute to Michael Jordan’s first NBA All-Star Game that took place in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Like mentioned, this mid-top Air Jordan 1 features a mismatched theme. However, the base will have White tumbled leather. Following, the same shade adorns the mesh tongue and ankle. The right shoe will have Red on the ankle overlay, Swoosh, and rubber outsole, while the left shoe uses Blue. This color blocking could be linked to the Eastern Conference jerseys from the All-Star game. Lastly, the number 85 is embroidered by the heel, which also nods to the year the game took place, and when the model was originally released.
