Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Barons” Releases July 2024

Celebrating Michael Jordan’s 30th Anniversary of joining the Birmingham Barons, Jordan Brand will release the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Barons” on July 20, 2024, and will retail for $140.

After retiring from the game of basketball, Michael Jordan started playing baseball professionally in 1994. This was due to his father passing away, and as a child, Jordan’s dad would encourage him to play baseball. MJ would eventually join the Birmingham Barons, a Minor league Baseball team in Birmingham, Alabama, in 1994. The Barons is a Double-A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox.

Throughout the years, Jordan Brand has released multiple silhouettes with the Baron’s colors, consisting of White, Black, and Grey, for their uniforms at the time. In 2014, Jordan Brand launched the “Barons” Air Jordan 1 High OG to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of his signing. For 2024, we have the “Barons” Air Jordan 1 Low OG dropping for Fall 2024.

This Air Jordan 1 Low comes dressed in a White, Black, and Wolf Grey color combination. Constructed with leather with White across the base and toe box. In addition, Grey fills in the eyestays, around the toe box, heels, and tongue. We have minimal use of Black, which adorns the Swoosh logos, heel tab, and laces. Other details include a White midsole and Wolf Grey on the tongue branding, heel, and rubber outsole.

Air Jordan 1 Low OG Barons Release Date

For fans of the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Barons”, the shoes will be released at select Jordan Brand retailers and online via Nike.com on July 20, 2024. The retail price is $140 and will be available in men’s sizes. Make sure to check back with us for more updates.
