The Air Jordan 1 Low ‘Chinese New Year’ will release once again in 2021. However, it will come in a new colorway. Dressed in the classic ‘Bred’ colors, this Air Jordan 1 Low represents the Year of the Ox, which is the zodiac sign for 2021.
This low-top Air Jordan 1 comes dressed in a Black, University Red, Metallic Gold, and White color combination. Looking closer, this Chinese New Year release comes with Black and Red canvas on the upper that comes embroidered with Chinese graphics, representing the Ox. Furthermore, Gold embroidery hits the toe and heel overlay, which includes the Wings logo and flowers. Nike Air branding lands on the mesh tongue in Red and the insoles but utilizes Black. Besides the traditional laces, we have a thick rope lace that wraps the ankle with Gold lace tips and matching tassels. Lastly, a White midsole and Red rubber outsole finish the look.
Each pair will come housed in a special box. Resembling the original Black and Red box, the Nike branding will adorn Gold flowers, Wings logos, and an Ox.
