The adidas Originals Phantom was first released in 1985 during the times when there was an insubstantial amount of light-weight running trainers on the market. Immediately recognised by the wider silhouette compared to its rivals, the Phantom utilised a mix of premium nylon and suede to create a fit that suited wearers who were then suffering with overpronation.
As part of our on-going Adi’s Archive collection with adidas Originals, we now present the latest adidas Originals Phantom to be released this year. Featuring a blend of premium tumbled leather and soft nubuck, along with tan, brown and red coloured detailing across the upper. This new colourway also sits flawlessly above a foam constructed mid-sole and classic gum outsole.
