Famous director Spike Lee’s name has been used in conjunction with many sneaker projects this year, including ones regarding a Nike Blazer High & Big Nike. Now there’s at least one more sneaker joining the fray. The sample Nike Air Trainer II pictured here is also a supposed to release some time in December as part of the aforementioned Spike Lee “pack.” The black upper on this shoe also contains elephant print, which is accented by red and neon green colors. We will provide more information regarding this shoe’s release as it becomes available, but you can find a sample of this very shoe for sale on eBay today.

When thinking of the Nike Air Trainer II, many may associate it with the 2008 Nike SB x Supreme collaboration. The latest Nike Air Trainer II pays homage to one of the greatest athletes of recent history, Vincent Edward “Bo” Jackson. Synonymous for playing with then the Los Angeles Raiders, Bo Jackson’s image is depicted on the tongue in Techmo Bowl’s pixilated fashion. The Nike Air Trainer II will be released in two colorways, black and white, both consisting of leather, patent leather, and nubuck.

Nike’s Air Trainer II (2) is a reinterpretation of Bo Jackson’s classic shoe, the Nike Air Trainer SC. This “Bo Jackson” pair is toned up in the Oakland Raiders’ colorway and features a black nubuck upper with a silver foil Swoosh and midsole hints. A black patent strap is placed across the midfoot. The Nike Air Trainer II (2) LE “Bo Jackson” will hit select Swoosh accounts later this month.
