2011 is nearing to a close, and we still look forward to the Jordan 11 Concords. Today we unveil a better picture of the Air Jordan 12 Obsidian releasing 2012.

The original release of the Obsidian Air Jordan 12 took place back in 1997, and since then Jordan Brand has released them again but in a low top variation.

Expected retail price for the 2012 Air Jordan XII Obsidian is $160, with the official colorway being Obsidian/White–French Blue–University Blue.

Come 2012, the Air Jordan 12 will return! So far three originals plus one new colorway will release in 2012. Confirmed releases are the Obsidian’s, Taxi, and Playoffs. The new colorway on the Air Jordan XII (12) is Cool Grey/White-Team Orange. We have seen the Obsidian and Taxi release in a low top (the Taxi was also apart of the CDP), and the Playoffs retro’d in their original form. Expected launch date is Summer 2012, and the year is looking strong for Jordan releases.

Although Dwyane Wade did not get his second ring, this year he did sign to Jordan Brand. Before his signature shoe released (the Jordan Fly Wade), looks like he had a special player exclusive, the Air Jordan 12. The Air Jordan 12 Dwayne Wade PE resembles the White/Red release, except for the red WADE lettering by the heel, and hints of orange. Miami Heat or Dwyane Wade fans would love to get their hands on these.

You either love or hate the Air Jordan XII (12) Low Black/Varsity Red, either way we have an official release date. Hitting Jordan Brand retailers May 28th 2011, with a price tag of $115. A quick rundown, the Jordan 12 Black/Varsity Red features suede uppers, and taking a page out of the Jordan 11; patent leather, with touches of varsity red throughout.

Some might envy the fact that the new Air Jordan 12 (XII) Black / Grand Purple – Aquamarine are made only for big kids, but women and those with small feet can pick up their pairs. These Air Jordan 12 might remind you of the Air Jordan 8 Aqua, but since their is only small hints of Aquamarine and patent leather is present around the toe box, we can say the Air Jordan 12 Black Grand Purple Aquamarine is in a class of its own. Retail price is $99.99, and should hit big chain retailers very soon.

2009 brings an official comeback for the Air Jordan 12, with pairs like the Nubuck and Rising Sun, many will enjoy the original Black and Red colorway, also known as the Air Jordan 12 Flu Game. The Black/Red Air Jordan 12 are nicknamed the Flu Game due to Michael Jordan having a stomach flu during game 5. Despite being severely sick, Jordan scored 38 points against the Utah Jazz. 12 Years later, Jordan Brand will once again release the black and red color scheme, but with subtle changes. For example, the Air Jordan 12 Flu Game will feature the year (97) and the points scored (38), and a cartoon sick face on the tongue. An exact release date has not been issued, but will hit retailers in November 2009.

After months of anticipation, the Air Jordan 11/12 Countdown Pack can now be confirmed with the Air Jordan XI (11) Black / Red and Air Jordan XII (12) Taxi. The tenth Air Jordan Countdown Pack consists of the “Bred” Air Jordan XI which is made up of the signature black, true red and white color scheme. The “Bred” Air Jordan XI is paired with another great sneaker, an Air Jordan XII made up of black, varsity red and cement grey.
