New York City boutique Alife Rivington Club linked with Nike to reinterpret the Nike Dunk Hi Supreme. The shoe’s black suede upper is complimented by outdoor materials from Schoeller, providing wind and water resistance to the upper. Alife’s circular logo is printed in white underneath the matching Swoosh. The Dunk’s midsole is a 0.44 sticky rubber affair that’s usually reserved for Nike’s rugged ACG products. The Nike x Alife Rivington Club Dunk Hi Supreme TZ will be available sometime in July. The collaborative effort is a Tier Zero release.

Kanye West’s line of men’s sneakers for luxury brand Louis Vuitton aka Louis Vuitton Dons has reportedly shipped to stores and has a release date of July 1st. Sadly the Kanye West x Louis Vuitton Women’s sneakers featured by on his blog back in January 09 seems to never made it past the sample room floor. Wonder why his women’s shoe didn’t make it into production. I wasn’t in love with the sample, not a huge fan of a tassel, but ladies like their luxury sneaks too. What really would be hot is if Kanye did a matching bag and sneaker! Maybe the shoe will be released once Louis Vuitton gages how well the men’s line does. The Kanye West x Louis Vuitton line for men is pricey, ranging from $975-$1140.

Maison Martin Margiela is back with another pair of hot high top sneakers. Check out the Ankle Sneaker from their Fall/Winter 09 line. The cut out design combines leather and patent and the rubber gum sole give the shoe a retro, cool feel. The contrast of the all black colorway and the white laces really make these sneakers pop. They are a bit pricey as most designer sneaks. The Maison Martin Margiela Ankle Sneaker retails for $600 at Saks.

The Nike Terminator Hi Basic “Fade” pack features three new premium leather installments of the Nike Terminator. Each shoe is composed of solid colors up front, but gradually fades to a different hue as you move back towards the ankle collar. Colorways include: black/orange, red/black, and grey/black. The Nike Terminator Hi Basic “Fade” pack is available now in Asia, but there’s no word as to whether these will see a release in the United States.

Hailing from Hartford, Connecticut, Los Angeles Clippers center Marcus Camby is a defensive stalwart and discerning sneaker aficionado. Camby is part of a distinguished Umass alumnus which includes a trend-setting Julius Erving and the inspiring Bill Cosby. While playing for the school, ‘MC’ amassed several coveted awards; including First Team All-American, the John R. Wooden Award, and Naismith College Player of the Year. Moving along to the NBA, Camby was the second-overall NBA Draft pick in 1996 and took home the NBA Defensive Player of the Year award in 2007. Camby was kind enough to take a time-out, and talk shoes with Sneaker Files Co-Owner Steve Kluback.

New Balance continues to release fresh new colorways of classic silhouettes to please their fans. This time around, New Balance will release three new styles of their 1400 model via the latest Suede Pack. The first pair yields a red suede base with grey and black accents, while the second style yields a green upper with grey accents. The last of the three styles hosts a clean grey suede upper with light green and white accents. The New Balance 1400 “Suede Pack” is now available at select retailers overseas.
