The late artist Jean-Michel Basquiat has inspired another pack of Reeboks to please art and sneaker fans alike. The Basquiat x Reebok Classic comes in four colorways and designs by the artist. The styles include the Terborch, To Repel Ghosts, Sugar Ray, and Another Famous. Each shoe uses leather uppers which sport allover prints in their respective designs, and stay within a one-tone colorway. Finally, Nike has released a detailed look of the Nike Air Pegasus ‘89 Berlin edition. The Berlin Nike Air Pegasus ‘89 celebrates twenty years of Berlin’s culture. The Pegasus ‘89 is the perfect shoe for the occasion, given the collapse of the Berlin Wall twenty years ago. The shoe uses a mixed colorway including black, grey, purple, and white, utilizing suede, leather, mesh, and even a speckled swoosh. “Berlin 89″ is stitched at the back to represent the iconic moment in history, and is also printed on the purple insole. “Berlin” makes its name on the lace plate to finish off this symbolic shoe. The shoe will be released December 4th at select Nike quickstrike retailers, and is limited to a 510 pair release.

Alife NYC and Timberland are at it again this Fall, bringing to us the Alife x Timberland 40 Below Boot. The Alife x Timberland 40 Below comes in a brown and black colorway. This hightop boot uses durable premium leather material on the upper and Vibram outsole. The black pair is totally blacked out, even to the metal eyelets, whereas the brown pair uses silver eyelets and contrasting laces. Both boots feature the collaborative Alife/Timberland logo embossed on the tongue. These boots are set to release November 6th.

The latest rising store to collaborate with Reebok’s Pump model is Sydney-based Espionage. The Espionage x Reebok Pump 20 takes on a more modern look, with the help of the black patent leather carbon fiber styled upper. Black leather and white panels are added in the mix, along with a blacked out sole to enforce a dark tone. A nice feature is the glow in the dark white midsole to make this a shoe that pays attention to detail. Espionage makes their name known via the metal lace plate, red ankle logo tab, tag keychain, and printed name at the back of the release valve button. The 20th Anniversary releases are sure to be hits judging from what we’ve seen so far, and of course there’s more to come!

Empire BMX came together with Vans to create a special mockup of the Vans Brasco. The Empire BMX x Vans Brasco is a limited edition lowtop skate shoe that features a mix of black suede, black quilted suede panel, and leather on the upper. The dark upper is contrasted by a bright white midsole and gumsole. The Empire crown logo is donned in gold on the tongue tag to match the gold accents on the eyelets and contrast stitching. Recently we’ve seen Nike come up with a slew of Terminator Lows including some with gold and others in plaid. Maybe it’s the basic shoe design that makes it so easy to experiment with so many colorways, but the Nike team has now come up with another two Terminator Lows. One comes in your very traditional red/black colorway, while the second comes in a less-traditional blue and black.
