Starting as a graphic designer, Verdy would start a streetwear brand known as Wasted Youth. The label will connect with Nike Skateboarding for a new collaboration. This partnership will bring us the Wasted Youth x Nike SB Dunk Low that will launch in 2021.
Looking closer, Wasted Youth’s Nike SB Dunk Low comes with a Black denim-like upper along with a patchwork design. Furthermore, they feature leather on the overlays and square patches around the toe and heel. Next, the heel adorns red stitching, a metal loop, while ‘Wasted’ and ‘Youth is stitched across the leather overlay. On the medial side, we have a Red embroidered rose while White appears on the midsole and Black runs across the rubber outsole. Lastly, the insoles feature ‘No Thank You I Don’t Need Your Support’ and ‘Don’t bother me anymore.’
