Skateboard brand Vans recently consorted with Japanese design troupe Taka Hayashi to produce a limited line-up of footwear that’s influenced by anything from moccasins to sturdy military footwear. Yesterday, we previewed the Vans x Taka Hayashi LX Akat. Other entrants will include the No Quarter LX and Velocita LX. All told, seven earth-tone colorways of the Taka Hayashi x Vans Vault Spring/Summer 2009 Collection will pepper retailers over the next few weeks. Via mashKULTURE.
