Rick Owens is not only a celebrated designer of high fashion but he is also very active when it comes to working out and staying in shape. One thing he is not a fan of however is cardio and in his defense; how could he when most of his brand’s sneakers are big and bulky? Well, it looks like he has solved this dilemma because he has teamed up with adidas on a collection of running sneakers. The collection will consist of six styles for men and four styles for women ranging in materials of leather, suede, nylon, and canvas. Customary to Owens’ usual color schemes the shoes will be touched with black, white, gray, pearl, and bone.
The shoes will unveiled on June 27 at Rick Owen’s Paris fashion show and will be hitting Rick Ownes stores in December. Expect a price point to be anywhere between $400 to $500.
