Following 19 surgeries for a rare condition called Otopalatodigital Syndrome type II, Jake struts his way onto the scene with a stellar Nike Free 5.0 that sees an official wolf grey, total crimson, and grand purple color scheme. As we’re moved by Jake’s story and stature, the designer himself decorates this runner with coats of metallic, sockliners that read “Be Brave” and “Never Give Up”, and a simple phrase: I wasn’t made to fit in, I was made to stand out.
