Pharrell and adidas Originals will continue the successful run of the Adistar Jellyfish, a new silhouette that pays homage to the past models. For the month of October, we have the debut of the “Real Green” iteration. This pair will follow the launch of the “Orange” rendition, which sold out instantly.
The model was first showcased at runway shows and has sparked significant interest across the sneaker community and beyond. The “Real Green” colorway was first spotted on the designer’s @skateboard Instagram account, sparking hype for this particular color option.
What some may not know is that the adidas Adistar Jellyfish is inspired by the Adistar Cushion 3, a model launched in the early 2000s. Highlighted in a Focus Olive, Core Black, and Real Green color combination. The shoes feature White mesh on the base with a 3D midsole. Additionally, we have Green on the overlays with translucent Black across the Three Stripes. Another unique element is the exoskeleton-inspired overlays and the chunky midsole. For comfort, the pair is built with AdiPRENE+ cushioning and adidas’ Torsion System. Complete the look is mostly Black on the rubber outsole.
