Peyton Smith who is a teenager and a cancer survivor that received the help of Make-A-Wish Foundation lead to him designing his very own Air Jordan 4.

โ€œToday is a very special day because exactly one year ago today I did a once in a lifetime opportunity that was my Make-A-Wish. What I did for my wish due to my passion and love for everything sneakers was to visit Nike Headquarters out in Oregon and design a shoe of my very own; that shoe being an Air Jordan.โ€

Peytonโ€™s pair of the Air Jordan 4 comes in a Military Blue like theme while dressed in White, Blue and Grey and is a tribute to his Air Force family. Some of the highlights on this pair includes a Nike Cancer Ribbon on the heel, โ€˜Air Peytonโ€™ on the inside of the tongue. On the lateral side is the places he lived and WW2 fighter planes inspired insoles.

Only four pairs of the Air Jordan 4 โ€˜Make-A-Wishโ€™ was created and made exclusively for him and his family. Below you can check out more images which will give you a closer look.
