Looking closer, this Nike SB Blazer Mid comes with Smoke Grey suede on the upper while Black tumbled leather adorns the Swoosh logos. Next, the Orange Label branding appears on the tongue label and insoles. Other details include an exposed foam tongue, Black on the midsole, and a Gum rubber outsole.
