Kyrie Irving was spotted wearing his next signature shoe, the Kyrie 8 while training in Los Angeles.
Initially, the model was thought to be the Kyrie 9. However, the brand renamed the Kyrie 8 to the Nike Kyrie Infinity after Kyrie had some choice words on the shoe. Currently, the Kyrie 8 (the model shown) is likely Kyrie’s last signature shoe with Nike Basketball.
This Nike Kyrie 8 features a White, University Red, Black, and Wolf Grey color combination. Constructed with various materials while the tech features a React foam midsole with an Air Zoom Strobel. Special details include Kyrie’s mother, Elizabeth Ann Irving, on the toe of the midsole and roman numerals stitched on the medial heels. The numbers 8 and 13 represent Kyrie’s mom’s birthday (August 13), and the numbers 11 and 23 are for his daughter Azurie’s birthday (November 23).
