Initially launched as a runner, the Nike Cortez has been in the game since 1972, making it over 50 years old. Although the 50th Anniversary is over, the special releases will continue with this women’s exclusive release that features removable patches.
This Nike Cortez will be part of a larger collection by Nike Sportswear that will launch alongside the ‘Multi-Color’ Dunk Low. The shoes come with smooth leather across the base with a weave-like pattern on the tongues. Dual-Swooshes logos land on the panels that are stitched and have textile materials, while ‘NIKE’ in various colors is embroidered on the heel. Other details include Nike metal buttons, a ‘JUST DO IT’ graphic on the insoles, and a set of removable patches.
