The Nike Air Max Penny 1 will see new colorways release in 2023. One of the upcoming releases pays tribute to Penny Hardaway’s Lester Middle School in Memphis.
Not only did he play there, but Penny also coached the Lester Lions basketball team in the 2010s before he took the job coaching the Memphis Tigers.
Currently, images have yet to leak of this Nike Air Max Penny 1. While the shoes will come dressed in the school’s colors, it will not be a collaboration. The pair is expected to feature the OG color blocking, but instead of using Royal, it will be replaced with Yellow.
