Apart from the blatant attempt by Nike to take all our money, why would they give Universities signature player exclusives when Kobe and LeBron never went to college? Even so, LeBron has no connection to Kentucky: Akron and Ohio State I guess, but Kentucky? I'm old school and remember when Jordan rocked mostly general releases. Just made it that more special seeing him in a pair you could rock too.
