The Swoosh brand will debut the Nike Air Max 1 “Bred” during the Holiday 2023 season, a popular color scheme applied to a classic model.
When most think of the “Bred” colorway, Jordan Brand comes to mind. However, Nike has used the popular color scheme across multiple silhouettes. One of the brand’s classics, the Air Max 1, designed by Tinker Hatfield and released in 1987, has received much love lately regarding new releases. Building upon the 2023 color options, we have the Air Max 1 “Bred” dropping this Holiday season.
Sporting a Black, Anthracite, and University Red color combination. This Nike Air Max 1 uses Black across the overlays and mudguards, while Anthracite mesh adorns the mesh. Suede then drapes the Swoosh logos. The highlight of this pair is University Red on the tongue labels, embroidered “Nike Air Max” branding on the heels, mini Swoosh on the toe, within the Air Max unit, and across the insoles. Finishing the look is Anthracite on the midsole and a Black rubber outsole.
